If a person wants his name to be removed from the Chexsystems database then he is free to do so. But he will have to first check from that bank whether they also want to remove his name and details or not. If they are willing to do that then it is good. Otherwise the person can file a dispute against the chexsystems.

The first thing while disputing against them is to mail a letter that is certified by the U.S. portal mail. This procedure of certifying the mail is very important because that will serve as an important document as the paper works will be ready then.

As per the laws that have been laid down it is mandatory for chexsystems to reply to the mail before thirty days of their receiving the mail. If they do not reply then it must be assumed that the details have been removed entirely.
